Hello, I'm Amanda Massey, the proud founder and CEO of Virtually Unlimited Inc., a company born from my deep passion for healthcare administration and my desire to support medical professionals and businesses through virtual solutions. With over 12 years of experience specifically in pharmacy support, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that spans medical office administration, virtual assistance, and health unit coordination.

I began my journey as a pharmacy technician, where I gained hands-on experience managing prescriptions, handling patient care, and supporting pharmacists with the essential operations that keep healthcare systems running smoothly. This background gave me a comprehensive understanding of the critical role administrative support plays in healthcare, as well as the need for efficient, compliant systems.

During my career, I earned certifications in Medical Office Administration (MOA) and Health Unit Coordination (HUC), further expanding my expertise in managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and overseeing medical billing processes. Additionally, I completed the Virtual Assistant program at CanScribe College, allowing me to offer specialized virtual administrative services to businesses beyond the healthcare sector.

Virtually Unlimited Inc. was inspired by the evolving demands of the healthcare industry, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the need for reliable, remote administrative support became more apparent than ever.
